All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least three (3) hours prior to the appointment time.

If you are to cancel or reschedule within the three (3) hours before your appointment you will be charged our cancellation fee, which is the FULL PRICE of the services that are to be cancelled or rescheduled. If the cancellation fee is not paid at the time of cancellation or rescheduling, you will not be able to book any future appointments with us and all previously booked appointments will be forfeit until the cancellation fee is paid. Failure to confirm your appointment DOES NOT negate the cancellation fee. If you need to make any changes to the services you booked, those changes must be made prior to the day of your appointment. Failure to inform us of changes to your services prior to your appointment day will result in you paying for the services as booked.

If you book for the incorrect service/services and we are not able to accommodate you at the time of your appointment, the cancellation fee will be applied.

We DO NOT accept cancellations, rescheduling, or service changes via electronic messages such as Instagram DM or Facebook Messenger.

If you call the salon before or after our regular business hours please leave a voicemail and we will get the message that you cancelled three (3) hours prior to you appointment.

You are allowed to be up to fifteen (15) minutes late to your appointment. Once you surpass the fifteen (15) minute mark you will be considered a no-show and charged the cancellation fee. 

Any client who cancels or re-schedules 3 times in a row, even if it’s within the parameters of our cancellation policy, must pay a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE NON-TRANSFERABLE deposit to book future appointments.
